February 27, 2011 ~ I went out to dinner with Bobbie and her son Devin. I got him this super cute book last week when I was at the races. I think he likes it if you ask me. :)
This kid is a total trip. He was laughing and dancing while eating his grilled cheese and broccoli.
February 26, 2011 ~ Today was sign-ups for the Florida Film Festival. It is 40 days away. I am excited because this means that all of these awesome independent films will be here to watch! The previews we saw today prove that the festival will be nothing short of amazing. :)
February 25, 2011 ~ I am on my way to being ready to go to San Francisco! I got new luggage today just for the trip. I needed something that wasn't the size of Texas to travel with.
February 24, 2011 ~ Yes, we where there! The space shuttle Discovery lifted off today for one of the last few launches in history. I had a great time with Amanda and Jacob.
I couldn't believe how bright it was as it took off!
February 23, 2011 ~ Today was my 1 year review for my job. I was dreading this day because the last time I had a review I was given my 90 day notice. I didn't really think that I had any reason to be nervous about this review but I was and I had voiced this concern in a joking manner to my co-workers. They thought it would be funny to help me remember a year ago and added some boxes to my desk just in case I had to pack. Thankfully I had an amazing review today and have honestly never been happier at a job. I really do love the people I work with and the subject that I get to teach. I am very blessed to be loving my job every day. :)
February 22, 2011 ~ I remember a year ago when I first came into the department that I work in and my boss had brought in fresh strawberries for us. Well, turns out he does this every year and Tuesday was the day this year. They were so good and a great way to end the day. I should have taken a picture of the shortcake sundae I made but I was too busy enjoying every bite!
And I got to stand on the track! That might have been the coolest thing I have done in a long time. It was just one of the many awesome things that happened this weekend. :)
February 19, 2011 ~ We were in the same seats as Thursday for the Nationwide race, however, my camera decided to have a major meltdown for the day. So, I had to use my phone the whole day. This kind of upset me but then I found out I could zoom with my camera on my phone...yea I am a little late to the party, I know. But, yes I can ZOOM!!! So this was a zoomed picture from my phone. Not bad in my opinion.

February 12, 2011 ~ Today is the first day of 5 where I get to be in redneck craziness....Headed to the Bud Shootout with my dad where we will be surrounded by mullets, camo, and lots of Dale fans....
February 11, 2011 ~ The fair is in town! Lindsey and I went and had a great time. We petted a camel and rode the Ferris wheel and the swings. We had a blast.
February 10, 2011 ~ I passed the Basic Pistol Course. One more step and I can carry a concealed weapon. The only reason for this is to protect myself. I promise. :)
February 8, 2011 ~ Guess what came in the mail today...ok it actually came yesterday but I opened the envelope this morning. :)
February 7, 2011 ~ The weather today was crazy. It was windy and cloudy and then sunny and then back to cloudy and rain. I came out of work to find this lovely branch sitting on my windshield. I do not miss the Wyoming wind and that is almost what it seemed like today.
February 6, 2011 ~ Kristina and I went to a friend's house to watch the Super Bowl and he has the biggest dog.
February 5, 2011 ~ I had a hockey tourney this weekend and this guy came to the rink that had a machine that can clean your gear! So, for less than $50 I got both sets of my gear cleaned and they smell so nice! It's almost as good as having new gear. :)
Feb 4 ~ I didn't take this picture but it's of me so I figure it counts. My Lil Sis came up to see me play in Ellenton tonight. We lost the game but I think I played pretty well all things considered. I am hoping my team gets their ish together for tomorrow!
Day 33 ~ This is how people from Alabama move furniture I guess. If you can't see the picture the guy had a headboard in the back of his car with a stuffed animal there to protect the furniture and the car. Random.....
Day 32 ~ I completely spaced posting my picture yesterday. Oops! Anyway, this was my yummy dinner that I half made. My mom made the chicken/cheese filling for the chicken enchilada dish. I put the filling in the tortillas and covered them with cheese. They were so good...as always. :)
