April 22, 2011 ~ Ashley is back visiting from Canada. We headed to the beach today and stopped at Publix to get a sub before the beach. She had never seen the pickle in a bag and thought this was just awesome. She bought one for her coffee table...

Sunscreen application gone wrong. We were both very red after today...I am in pain!

April 21, 2011 ~ Tonight was the Dirty Heads show. It was my usual concert buddies and as always it was a great time.

Janelle and I went to the merch table to get CDs from the bands and we got to take a picture with the guys from New Politics. They were really cool guys.

Hip Hop and Reggae mixed is always a great thing. :)

April 20, 2011 ~ My co-workers have taken to playing a new game each week. Well, new to me. This week was Puerto Rico ~ It had too much going on for me but didn't seem too tough.

April 18, 2011 ~ ADTR and PTV - The show had finally arrived. I think I had bought tickets like 3 months ago!

Such an awesome intense show. No one disappointed.

And on our way to the car we met Jaime - One of the guitar players in PTV. Kristina about died. :)

April 14, 2011 ~ Today I picked up my new TOMS! The lovely ladies of NCM have been doing the Style your Soul program for the past couple years and this year I was able to get a pair. I just need to find some time to decorate them!

The rest of the evening was spent having a little fun. :)

April 13, 2011 ~ Today I headed back to the ball field. So, I managed to play two games of softball and then play two hours of hockey. Needless to say I was a little tired.

April 12, 2011 ~ Woke up with a dull headache that turned into a full blown migraine by the time I got home. It was one of the ones where light and I do not agree. I had to use this lovely stuff to stick my curtains to the wall so that there wasn't a bit of light in my room. I managed to get up and get myself to hockey which actually got rid of my migraine. Strange how that works...

April 9, 2011 ~ I had to return home today. It was rather bittersweet as I had one of the best weeks doing nothing and seeing friends and family.

April 8, 2011 ~ Amy came to pick me up again today. I got to go to breakfast/lunch with her, my aunt and my cousin's kids. They are a riot. They decided they didn't want to eat their sundae's with a spoon but instead drink them with a straw. :) Ahh to be a kid again.

This was the cherry cheesecake that Amy I ordered. It was ok..cheesecake part was great but the topping, not so much.

April 7, 2011 ~ My cousin Amy came and picked me up from Leo's house and I got to hang out with her and the family for the day. We finished the day off at Mad Anthony's for dinner and this was my awesome bucket of Fish and Chips.

While out with my cousin and aunt we stopped at a craft store and found this sign. I had to take a picture it was just too funny.

April 6, 2011 ~ Playoff Hockey! I got to watch the Ft. Wayne Komets finish the sweep of Bloomington tonight. We also got to hear Marcel's song "Black & Orange" play in the arena between 1st and 2d period. All in all it was a great day.

April 2, 2011 ~ Again, I didn't feel like doing much of anything today. So, I painted my toes, watched some NCAA and NHL, followed MLB on my phone, and followed CHL on my computer. All in all I think it was a fantastic evening. :)

April 1, 2011 ~ I had no desire to go out or do anything tonight. So, Bobbie came over and we watched Ghostbusters and ate some pizza and caught up. Kristina showed up later and continued with the catchup party. :)
