March 16, 2011 ~ Tomorrow is our potluck for work. I decided I would make Guinness cupcakes. I made a total mess while baking!
This is the chocolate used to make the filling to the cupcakes.
I don't have a double-boiler so I had to make myself one. It worked alright.
This was the cupcakes pre-fill. I'll let you know tomorrow how they tasted.
